I went to the auction this morning and the starting bid on said property was 39k.

There is a property I am interested in from auction.com in San Diego.I am considering booking a flight since I live out of state and I know auctions are often canceled so I am worried about wasting the effort.On the other hand, this is the most interesting property I have found in the three years I have been watching.To give everyone a sense, I would go to the auction if the odds are greater than 10% that I will have a chance to bid. 

We have not used any points yet but we're pretty open - any business related expense like flights to other markets to view properties, etc, we can use points or just charge as a business expense. 

You will be wanting to sleep in after an exhausting week of day-time work followed by night-time renovations and they'll be pounding on your door at 7 AM Saturday morning to let you know they are moving out next week because (reason X)...All of those things still happen with REGULAR rentals, but they don't come at you from the next wall over or your front door. 

I have a better buyer who understandably wants a structural inspection on the Friday Morning and I know for fact he's an ultra big buyer though this is our first deal, but may or may not take the deal after the structural inspection.

Good morning, I have been looking at this property local to me in Tucson and to me, it looks like the numbers work out nicely.

He mentioned that it was a quick read (I believe he got through it on single flight).

We rent rooms in our house, and one morning woke up smelling gas *throughout* the house.

A quick browse of a few 3/2 listings this morning showed no houses listed at $400k.
