We are partial to Mobile Home parks and migh suggest learning a bit more about them if this is of interest to you, then join your local manufactured home industry association in your area.

Not giving any legal advise here but the local laws require someone within a local phone call to be a contact person for a rental property, with that being said....  

Agents from both sides spoke on the phone and buyers agents proposed extending escrow time and allowing change of lender if renter did not leave in time.  

I used every possible "person locator" online and found their Georgia address but no valid phone #.

Took care of buncha things that needed to get done..but most of all they reply back to you..whether it be by text, email or phone call.

If you are looking for something to coordinate repairs from start to finish without all the phone calls and e-mails, it is a fantastic tool.  

IMHO it is much better to find the employer's phone number online then call and ask for the HR Dept.
