Currently taking the 75hr course online, i have done 15hrs, any advice?

@Chetan ChhedaNo, I do not agree that the girlfriend has any right to legally occupy that house if her name is not on the lease.

It does not seemed to be managed well, property is a mess and has no online presence among other things.

In one county, the information was easily accessible online, but in the county next door, you would have to go to the county clerk recorder and request the information.

I downloaded some assignment contracts from online, but not sure if they are legal here in San Diego.

but trust me this is not a passive gig at all.Larger homes are definitely more profitable but also risky and more expensive to furnishFor corporate 2 bedroom/2bath is perfect since you can easily rent it to a family of 4 or 5 as well.Take Al Williamson's course or any online course some are very expensive ($2000).   

Did not try to research precedents.I just wish that there was a clean legal way to self-borrow without losing the interest deduction on future refi.I understand the legislative intent in disallowing interest deduction for equity refi.
