New Guy in Real Estate Investing

What’s up BP! I currently reside In San Diego and plan to start Investing here. So I’ve been educating myself on real estate investing and I’m planning to get started with wholesaling. I downloaded some assignment contracts from online, but not sure if they are legal here in San Diego. Also Called a few escrow companies to see if they ever did any transactions with wholesalers and the ones I got a hold of had no clue of what I was talking about. Just joined a bunch of REI groups and going to try to attend when I can. I work full time, but really want to become a full time investor. I searched for properties, found some homes and investors, only thing left is the assignment contract and escrow companies. Other than that I am completely fine with door knocking and talking to sellers to be there problem solver. I’m up for everything and open to anyone who has experience or wants to get started to! Thank you for your time BP! - Joe “ New Guy”
