Secondly, this is the important part- there are plenty of excellent escrow officers who wont work with certain wholesalers because they are either unethical or their contracts are terrible.

Some are in excellent shape and will last much longer.We have all fabic, made in the USA couches and chairs in our lake house and they still look great after 7 years.
