by you guys if your including me.. in these private notes we self service.. in institutional notes I believe by law you have to hire a servicer that is licensed to do so.

Generally QI's cannot act as licensed tax professionals so this will need to be a conversation had with your CPA or licensed tax professional to get granular on the numbers. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I feel bad for the inspector I'm hiring as this report will be vast. 

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

If I can't manage remotely my next plan was to hire a PM company to handle things.So far when doing my research it sounds like you can own a STR in San Diego in their "Tier 3" category.

Hire compentent legal counsel familiar with your local market to assist with the agreement preparation.
