There is a ton of saturation in the cbus market not only here on this platform but with investors in general, its a hot, competitive market, but that also means there are a huge number of garbage operators too, so do your due diligence on who you listen too, but again I can't say enough good things about tommy.

You should consider looking into the Memphis market.

Without knowing too much about the specific market (although it does appear Monterey and Santa Cruz are holding pretty strong) it may be worthwhile to consider selling if values are holding.

The September fed meeting is not go to move the needle as much as people think because the markets have already priced in the rate cut.

If the answer is no, then that is a clear fair housing violation.
