Finally, would I be better off registering a US corporation or I'm fine with my EIN number, I'm asking this for financing purposes.I know that my questions are broad but without going into too much detail, I wanted to know if there is a possibility for me to do this while staying in Canada and avoid travelling for each deal.Thank you very much for your time,Jude

Call it speculation, but I know I'm excited for the station in West Hartford to open down the road from my duplex!

I became really excited and tried to find a way to invest before my W2 income goes away. 

But aside from that, I'm a creative and a natural data guru so I am really interested in all options and ideas - very excited.

First time posting in biggerpockets so really excited.

You can forget about maintain the home if you rent including the possible capital expense items that may happen before you raise your reserve account used to save part of your rental fees plus you will eleminate travel expenses to keep up with its maintenance and possible capital expense repairs. 

We are seeing issues of needing labor help, but not excited about getting workmans comp and running our own payroll, nor excited about paying for employee leasing service.  

At one time, I had a job that involves traveling 90% of the time, and even if the landlord provides the bills, splits it evenly, it does not take into consideration that I'm not even there using it.

We haven't made any concrete decisions about where we want to establish a team out of state but Memphis, Oklahoma City and Kansas City have stood out as early front runners.We're excited to learn, excited to be here, excited to meet other like-minded individuals, excited to build relationships and most importantly, excited to keep taking action to start reaching our goal of breaking my 'golden handcuffs' and reaching financial freedom!

Any extra money I earn from passive income will be donated or invested into some not for profit companies my wife and I have brainstormed.I am excited about meeting all sorts of people in the real estate investing community and learning from everyone!
