Granted I don't know laws there, people in general make negative cash flow for a year or 2 in a GREAT area, the worst thing ever

Do local ordinances or ADA guidelines require changes to the property such as: - accessible ramps- sprinklers, fire alarms, fire escapes, etc.- bathroom upgrades- modifications to size of types of doorways, windows, etc

I often think about the kids living in the communities and how it will positively change their childhoods.In one community we put in a new road and the kids started using their scooters the same day, before we did that they were riding on dirt roads with Razor Scooters, yikes.

The security deposit belongs to the tenant not to myself (owner) or the PM.Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before?

Its about what your ready to do. profit of 5-10k doesn't change no matter the city.

Sorry to tell you,  I don't think I've ever met a section 8 Landlord that actually got all the rent money. 

The investment model changed from what I understand, instead of investing in single STR, they created a fund.

Texts at all hours to change it followed). etc. the amount of rent being paid to Cover all those seperate up keeps isn’t worth it.
