Hi Everyone, I've been enjoying the forums and podcasts, though haven't come across any specifics to my situation below:I live in the Chicagoland area and interested in getting licensed as an agent.

I enjoyed them so much, I would have been OK with an even longer drive.For a little background, I bought my first investment property 12 years ago using Subject-To.

Aside from this I coach a few sports, hunt with my dogs and enjoy working out!
