Hi guys, We're doing some work in a bathroom and adding an extra bathroom and need a plumber to help with moving a few things around. 

I wanted a 3-2-2, around 1800sf, single story, with a fairly flat driveway (i have a boat) or extra parking, some repairs are fine, and in my price range. 

After reading about the requirements for earning this license, I'm still a little confused about the requirement to be sponsored by a licensed designated broker.If I am working alone, not joining a firm, does that mean I need to form a legal entity and then file to endorse myself as the firm's designated broker?

There are some carriers that the premium is fully earned and others that allow for a return of premium if the policy is cancelled sooner.  

If the market tanks bad enough the extra $50 isn't going to matter. 

There is a course that I am thinking to enroll in, for earning a designation for residential management.

If you are not a STEM major or you have a lower income earning potential, then you have to be even more careful as you do not have a lot of room for error. 

I think it's perfectly fine to ask someone for a second opinion especial if the person your working with is not a specialist in the field.There are a lot of folks like you that come to me that been with accountants for a long time but their life changes or they start earning more or doing things differently that effect taxes and those are times you want to find someone who specializes in your field. 

He does nothing but get  a check each month.Buying an apartment building doesn't usually make sense with 2 million as not enough doors at that price to get passive.He could 1031 exchange into a DST or TIC but he gives up control of his hard earned money for retirement whereas if he exchanges into a property he owns 100% then he can decide what to do.You could also look at the owner finance with some down.

I'm still recovering but I decided to get the judgements because they last a while, can be renewed, and earn interest (9% in Illinois).
