I am looking for cashflow but have one partner leaning heavily on appreciation like somerville ma stuff any thoughts on good strategy to approach an investing plan .

@Tony Han I’m still not decided on the whole turnkey vs. build-a-team on the ground approach... its actually one of the main questions I have right now.

My problem with this approach is that my target audience is only those searching for managers, which is only a very small percentage of Airbnb owners since most owners are convinced that managing the property themselves is most logical and profitable.My approach is to try to target those who don't think they need a manager, and to try to explain to them why it's worth considering.

Wondering how some of y’all have dealt with this situation and best way to approach the neighbor about it.

My long term tenant/friend (at this point) moved with us and stayed until our second boy was born.My wife and I both work, so I'm looking for a little more hands off approach. 

I have not been through this process before, however I feel it is likely the best approach to compare other rates against the quote I received.
