Virginia Conventional Loan

Hello everyone!

I've found the first rental property that I'd like to purchase! I've been referred to a lender by a friend of mine. I have not been through this process before, however I feel it is likely the best approach to compare other rates against the quote I received. I am wondering if anyone can provide the name of a good lender (small-mid sized) they use in Virginia? Preferably one that has specific experience with REI.
