Chris AdamsI'm looking for long term renters = less turnover sex offenders have the lowest recidivism rate of ANY convicted criminal. i would have no issue whatsoever renting this property at 800-1000 a month but when i can rent it to a person that no one wants to rent to because of people like; you that makes a long term renter for me. :) so thus i would say i have an idea of my target renter, thank you :)yes Crystal, you are absolutely correct and i may just rent bedrooms out by the week. thus eviction should one become necsary would not be an issue.

If you want to check us out sometime we'd be happy to have you as a client.Really quick I wanted to break down Pros/Cons of SmartMove.Pros:- Ability to have applicant or landlord pay for the report- Access to a full credit report that includes score- Eviction data is included which is not the case for every credit reportCons:- Criminal data missing from MA, DE, SD, WY and CO- Tenant involvement (if that is a hangup for you)- No one is fact checking your report due to it being an instant serviceSM is a instant service and the 5 states mentioned above do not allow "instantaneous access" to their criminal databases.
