Kelly Reed I do use Avery labels and mail merge in combination for my return address, but I think the "handwritten" font directly on the envelope is more likely to get opened than a printed label.

As a combination on some of the advice here I think I'd consider getting some bids on it now and getting the opinion of some professionals as to the safety of your roof.

The red brick color and the treated wood don't make a really nice color combination, and I'm thinking about painting the wood.
