I asked when she wanted to coordinate time to have tenants items removed from the condo.

You could join a team and learn or become a transaction coordinator and learn that way.

hello everyone so I'm currently going thru an issue with my x girlfriend she signed on the deed and loan for 2 houses we purchased, but the mortgage payment only comes out of my account for the better part of 6 years ...

But how many of these folks only "co-own" these properties?  

This time again were very close to qualifying by ourselves but in the end, in order to do the cash-out refi, we had my dad co-sign the loan (however his name is not on the title). 

I could get in with 5% down and get a co sign for the mortgage no problem.
