Of course there are a hundred other factors in there, like deductibles effecting payment, etc.

Thats why I am asking hereWell, that usually indicates some sort of financial hanky-panky......not accusing your significant other of anything, but just saying........I mean, what other reason could there be for refusing to pay a tax guy a couple hundred bucks....?

Just buy the dumb thing and forget potentially pissing people off for an extra few hundred bucks.'   

They were foreclousure properties and most of the times the condition inside is not good, probably won't have appliances or fans or lights or cabinets etc.All the properties that I bought have come with issues.  

Some lost hundreds of thousands (not an exaggeration) before hiring me. 

My only comment is that I can buy good 4 bed 2 bath homes in those areas and get them rent ready for under a hundred K.
