I recommend searching the BiggerPockets blog posts for "house hacking" and listening to a number of the podcasts.

This so-called tipster, coach or ripoff, has a blog on bigger pockets and explains that these post cards are what HE USES and has found them to be effective!!!

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

I'll be writing a blog post at some point this month outlining my exact direct mail process and strategy that will hopefully give more detail on this topic!

Our life style is modest, but we make decent livings (well north of 125k a year before any overtime or bonuses) and our kids college is already paid for.
