Hello everyoneThis is officially my first port in the forum, after several months of looking around, listening to the podcast, and working hard to start our real estate company.I currently own (since 2012) a 2 family home in Greenwood Heights in Brooklyn NY, I guess I should call this the first investment, and a big big experience since the home was really neglected and needed a full reno, took a FHA 203k and after dealing with contractor issues, finally moved in a year latter, I know.Long story short, we are ready to buy our first 100% investment property, this will most likely be in Hudson NY, the idea is a 2-3 units, so we can rent one of them on airbnb and use it too.As you already heard, we are not afraid of renovations, but need a new contractor that we can trust, and also on the Hudson area.I hope some of you have a good experience around the area that can share.Thank you everyone
