Single family homes make it a lot easier to do those kinds of deals because your market audience is much larger with single family.

Great Questions.1) When you say opportunity zones, do you mean D-C class neighborhoods or actual "Opportunity Zones" that are specific pockets of the city where you receive insane tax benefits if you invest long and frequent enough?

Nothing will take the place of a licensed agent's comparative market analysis, but as a first step I like to use Realtor.com's "Sold" page.I also highly recommend frequenting this very forum and using the BP calculators to analyze the deals that other investors post here.

We live 15 minutes away and have flexibility to deal with turning over more frequently.

It's a simple concept where we invite a guest and the audience to "ride along" with us to walk properties and ask questions to learn.We're looking for BP members to come join us!

I have read books, frequently scrolled through BP, listen to the podcast, and have analyzed deals on the market with the BP calculator.
