This has to change... supply and demand do not always balance out, sometimes markets achieve an equlibirium on price.

My R/E agent has been pushing me to sell the property b/c he says the market is hot, rates are low, and demand is high.They suggested an ask price of 2.7mm.

These units, when renovated, would be worth good money if sold as individual homes - Big demand for these types of properties in my area.

With such demanding pursuits it is incredibly easy to get side tracked and not do the tasks that actually produce results.

Going forward, i made sure to let tenants know, please don't do ritual animal sacrifice in your living room, or in the unit in general and when I get a funny look i just say "yup, seen it".
