Anyone have any suggestions?

We have $95k equity and our mortgage payment is $1400/mo to pay down an additional $174k on the mortgage. 

Now before anyone suggests meeting with a realtor, getting an appraisal or looking at comps of recent sales to get a more accurate figure, I'm fully aware of those options. 

If you're simply seeking leverage for additional properties you can tap banks and hard money/private money lenders.

Fast forward a few weeks later, she states to me that her back has been hurting since then and after seeking advice from her doctor, they suggested she see a specialist.

My only suggestion with Zillow is to TRIPLE check the persons Identity (Have them show you their driver license during a showing), Call their last landlord, and call their employer.

Even offer additional earnest money - possible non-refundable, in exchange for the extended closing. 

This trend suggests a growing rental market as more people are unable to afford buying homes under current economic conditions.while the housing market may face challenges, the rental market will likely expand as an alternative for those priced out of buying homes.

A lot of people recommend a separate LLC for each property and some suggest a trust or s corp that owns the different LLCs.
