I can’t comment on the other markets mentioned, but I know Las Vegas.Below is the data I believe they referenced from Redfin for Las Vegas.

I will be moving to Las Vegas soon to attend UNLV, where I will be pursuing a BSBA in Finance w/ a minor in Real Estate.

Las Vegas has been the best area and I've had the court get tenants out in less than 10 days, but not always.

Any suggestions on which market to start with..some places I am thinking of are-Dallas- Texas ,Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa -Florida,Las Vegas (all fancy names?

On a side note, Reading PA should be developing a casino in the near future and the legalization of medical marijuana will be in full effect by July 2018 (according to my physician).

And why Vegas is very attractive to CA ..

It will allow you to learn about the various asset classes, get experience in passive ownership and your returns over next 10 years will trounce the flash crash, high frequency, computer controlled casino they call the stock market. lol the CAPE ratio of the SP 500 is ABSURD!

I just drove back from Vegas to Portland last weekend and the drive across the Sierras was at 8 to 20 degrees so had to slow down a touch could still go speed limit but not my usual 10 over.
