do you have an attorney or realtor?

I found a property but had two cash offers sight unseen by the time my realtor called. 

Just another little pre-qualifier...I am currently working with a really good realtor but I'm on here asking because I value different perspectives and opinions.

This is all coming to mind because I will not be able to go to meetings to network with buyers, realtors, etc.  

Here is an example:50% - 50% split of cashflow & equity - partner 1 finds the deal and funds the deal, partner 2 rehabs the deal and oversees property management for the life of the deal, partner 1 manages the realtor to sell the deal.I would greatly appreciate your input here.

As far as finding the property, a good realtor is worth their weight in gold!

This would probably work better on listings being listed by owner rather than owns being listed by a management company or realtor .You can tell them about your experience and great ratings on Airbnb etc .

As for recommended realtors, there's several BP members who are experienced realtors/brokers in Tulsa/BA areas. 

I have currently found a couple of properties from a realtor were the numbers work.
