Hello,I recently moved out of my parents' house after graduating high school last spring and have been looking for the best method for myself to begin investing in real estate.

Great Area and Across the street from High School How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I think flooding, taxes, and schools are all things to be aware of.

As I've heard many in the physician real estate investing community say, this isn't med school hard.

I also like to build a google earth map with the school ratings and economic centers (large employers, hospitals, government...).

ARV would be 215k. its in a nice school district. but after running the numbers we can only offer 105,000. seller will not sell at that price. what are other things I can try to do to get the property.

In addition to food and a place to sleep, we have Housing Navigators to assist with finding a place to live and Case Managers who will connect you with different social services, including Section 8 and school for your daughter. 

We are in a desirable area with great schools, close to the interstate and the turnpike, and are less than 2 miles to the beach. 

Started out in retail throughout high school.
