Note we understand that Gladstone has an registration and inspection, so does Independence and we learned today that Grandview has had one since 2009 that they have not enforced and they are having a meeting to improve it, and to create HUGE fines to enforce it.

I would recommend looking at some successful multiunit investors and what they have to say about entering the game in this asset class.

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

I think it would have been up to Fannie Mae to decide whether to enforce that from what they explained.

This is just a correction stabilization, a normal cyclical event in real estate.I'm jacked up that DOM is increasing, finally going to get back in the game for the right reasons. 

If I had a better understanding of her family situation, income, game plan for after a year, etc, I may feel slightly different.
