With the integration of interactive virtual tours (not just photo slide shows or walk-thru videos that drag you through a property), what's stopping rental property owners (RPOs) from using the new technology to market their properties? 

I found this property, found the owner's contact info and set up the initial tour by myself but feel bad about my agent not being involved.

Depending on your appetite for risk or how throughly you went through the home during your tour, in a multiple offer scenario, the less (or none) the better.

They get a chance to look at all of their prospective areas first hand, tour properties, meet with property management and get answers to their questions and based on if they feel if it's a worthwhile investment they'll elect to move forward.
