Probably paid for a couple of my kids college education and drainage issues probably paid for a couple of others for sure.

Still live just outside of it.Graduated from college 5 months ago with a degree in industrial design.

We kept the other house and are renting it out to college students by the room, and each month we use the cash flow to save up and also to pay the mortgage on our new home.

I have a decent amount of mental capacity and made it in college and have a busines degree with real estate emphasis.Good luck to you!

Hello, my name is Chelsea griffin and I am currently a junior in college.

Recent college graduate working in the world of digital advertising. 

Townsley III,  I am a 22 year old college student majoring in Criminology ( I know... my major has nothing to do with real estate).  

I also haven't stopped talking about it since as well, so my family thanks you in advance for listening to my future questions and rantings so that they can have their sanity back.We have 4 kids with the oldest heading off to college next year (so we have cheap manpower!)

I am continuing my college education in real estate and will be working towards a brokers license.
