I wish to introduce myself to the forums, I have been on this site for awhile, and finally obtained my real estate license....yeah!  I am continuing my college education in real estate and will be working towards a brokers license.  Really passionate about real estate and learning all I can.  Looking to others for guidance in these matters as well as talking about buy & hold, flipping, wholesale, I really enjoy everyone sharing their experiences and stories of their journey in real estate.  From reading and listening on Bigger Pockets, it helped me realize my new journey in life, and look forward in sharing/helping in the forums as well.
