-Performing more real estate transactions in general will gain me credibility-I don't think the real estate license will be the reason I gain knowledge in multi-family or the reason I build my network, but it gives me a platform to work with the big playersHope my ramblings are somewhat clear. 

I think I am now at a cross roads where I would like to consider doing MultiFamily or perhaps even Commercial on an out of state platform.

It seems like a great platform, but in my area, I don't need $100,000 for a project - I could be all-in on a project for half of that, if not less.

There are a lot of great people on this site but also some not so nice people trying to take advantage of a platform.

In researching platforms @Ian Ippolito's website with REI crowd funding platform reviews was an excellent resource for me (thanks Ian!).  

Ever since then, I have been actively mining the gems that are weaved throughout this amazing platform!

I am not new to the introduction platform, I need help with understanding REO's more I am in the Miami market.

I think it would be beneficial to have both personal finances and business finances tracked in the same platform, but I am not so sure that this is common, or even what software is capable of this.I currently use Mint for personal finances and I do not think it has the ability to track business financials.How do you folks handle this?
