Dallas Tx area newbie
Hello BP community. I am very thankful to have came across this kind of platform that allows all investors new and old to become more knowledgeable about real estate. My name is John Bowman III . I am 26 years old and living in the Frisco, Tx area. I have been reading various books on beginner real estate investing such as Brandon Turner's books , richest man in Babylon ,rich dad poor dad, etc. I am currently working as an independent insurance claims adjuster , but looking to begin my journey in real estate investing at the end of 2016/beginning of 2017. I'm making a little under 85k per year. I have slightly over 55k saved and will have close to 70/80k in reserves by that time . I am leaning more toward the house hacking strategy to begin , but would be open to hearing the best ways to begin.
