And don't say, "better screening" I'm so tired of everyone blaming screening instead of taking REAL responsibility.

@Autumn Allen  please don't take this personally.. but you have ZERO chance of getting a loan from any lender who has any kind of experience.. your direct family because your family are the only one's that would do this.On top of that you have no business trying to do this with no money.... your one flat tire or some problem with the house away from a total failure.Save up some money.. or get a money partner.

The online leads seem to be tire kickers who just want us to make an offer.

I am tired of the drive but I would rather wait for a deal that makes sense for me long term.

It gets old and tired when you are constantly reading about the dreaded horror stories of Detroit - but, in the same token everyone wants to know 'where to get a good bargin'. 

I have received seller financing, largely from tired landlords. 

Target distressed sellers only, not tired landlords/absentee owners which everyone tells you to.

Lots and Lots of tire kickers on facebook. 

Facebook is still free, but you have to deal with all the tire kickers and flakes.
