Several years back, I read an article about how people are so attached to their things, that even if they don't have enough room in their house, they will continue to pay to store them off-site. 

I saw something similar at a flooring store locally, but it was much more expensive.  

Think along the lines are manufacturing warehouses and jobs.

Should I just store up capital right now, take the interest deduction from my second home and wait to have rental income?
