Hey guys new to the site so excuse me if i'm out of line in anyway.I am going to be moving a 1.5 hour flight from home to complete an engineering degree in a city that revolves around this university.

We have owned and operated a private dorm 1 block from our local university since 2006.

My question is, how do I handle this when I'm not not meeting with the seller in person because I'm virtually wholesaling?

Hello all,I'm 24 years old who graduated two years ago from credible university with a business marketing degree.

I am graduating in May from The University of Kentucky with a degree in economics and looking to expand my real estate portfolio.

I graduated from Drexel University where I studied business and real estate and I am currently licensed in PA & NJ. 

I am going to school at the local university, soon to be graduating, studying business finance/entrepreneurship.

I imagine getting some property near such a big school like The Ohio State University would be pretty profitable.

Lots of good things will be going on around Wichita State University and elsewhere in the city.
