We don't want to approach them out of the blue when we do find something so would please love advice on how others maintain these relationships to make sure that they are kept in the loop? 

For the blue triangle I draw for you, close to Fairmount Park, which I believe is one of the largest parks in PA, the closer you are to the park, the better it is.

@Ruth Blue but that is simple zoning which is an issue everywhere.

Have friends that invest in Belton, Blue Springs, Lees Summit and Grain Valley who are happy there too.

Blue Ridge is a mess right now, I'd be over in Helen or Dahlonega area if you are wanting to buy right now and it's strictly an investment assuming something pencil's out which is hard right now.
