Either way im a HUGE sports fan and listen to sports radio all day and recently felt like I discovered fire finding out about bigger pockets so ive made the transition to trying to catch up with the podcasts.

Now I'm not saying you'll never want to purchase a sports car, ATV or fancy personal residence but just to know the difference.

Im not above any task, Im currently out cutting grass in neighborhoods around me  (which I might add is great for driving for dollars and getting your name out) and doing some video editing on Craigslist when the demand is there.Everyones input is greatly appreciated and Happy Investing!
