That seems more complicated, since you have a lot of pavement and infrastructure, including security equipment, but also the buildings themselves.

Like @Tom Sylvesterwas saying once you are proficient in an area then you can work on mastering another.If a good deal for another technique comes up you have a few options like passing the lead on to another investor and they will likely pay you a small fee if they convert (Yet another reason to get out and network), find this investor and offer to partner/JV on the deal and give up a chunk for the hands on education, or you can hit cram mode and try to learn as much as fast as you can and maybe be able to pull it off and of course last option is let it die on the vine since you aren't equipped to do it.
