We are virtually unmatched in exporting energy exploration materials & machinery (drilling rigs, seismic equipment, etc), electrical & medical equipment, aircraft and parts, just to name a few. 

That seems more complicated, since you have a lot of pavement and infrastructure, including security equipment, but also the buildings themselves.

Not a lot of money but willing to take the risk once equipped with sufficient knowledge.

Very simple things for me with equipment to take care of.

Like @Tom Sylvesterwas saying once you are proficient in an area then you can work on mastering another.If a good deal for another technique comes up you have a few options like passing the lead on to another investor and they will likely pay you a small fee if they convert (Yet another reason to get out and network), find this investor and offer to partner/JV on the deal and give up a chunk for the hands on education, or you can hit cram mode and try to learn as much as fast as you can and maybe be able to pull it off and of course last option is let it die on the vine since you aren't equipped to do it.

Im getting into Air BB this year and finally going to move all my equipment, trailers, etc over to the warehouse so my house doesn't look like a construction site any more. 

I've seen cables lying on the ground outside, dishes mounted on roofs improperly, and no customer education on the equipment.

And by following the correct steps above, it will be a lot easier to identify the right people because your equipped with the details from above vs just blind scatter shot of "I don't know" and leaving it up to them to dictate all those decision points for you. 

Hi @Natsumi Jang, I have no idea what costs are in your neck of the woods, but a licensed handyman, who is skilled to handle a myriad of tasks, well, (and has the tools and equipment to support their ability) is rare, and thus, virtually priceless.  

Access to our out door salt water pool and hot tub, fully equipped work out facility, and community room with additional washer and dryer.
