Can I pull comps (CMA)  with one MLS system?

I'm in LA.I have had many recommendations to look into your training - looks like a great system and like you've really got it figured out. 

I believe they have a subscription system however from what I recall it's a little bit expensive and is not very user friendly.You can pull the public data from the various websites and then go and extrapolate everything, but unless you've got a pretty good programmer who can build out some engines to go scrape everything you will end up doing a lot of that mining manually.

The main downside of this is that you will start accruing interest from day one of the loan, versus a HELOC that will only accrue interest when you make your draw(s).2) I would suggest speaking with your accountant and/or attorney. 3) I wouldn't be very excited about a $200K house that is going to yield $1,200 - $1,400 per month.
