We did not get assistance from Support to assist us with figuring out how to run numbers for a multi-family off market property.  

@Aaron J Randolph Tech support just got off the phone with your tenant doing the steps above, and that did the trick! 

It’s very rare but we occasionally will have a guest ask how to see local channels “typically those guests are in their 50s+”.

By having some familiarity with it and a support network in place it’ll limit your risk of making a foolish mistake.

Is your portfolio large enough to support a higher payment with a quicker pay down or do you need the cashflow to stay afloat? 

Unless you are trying to do something radical and what to try and garner support from neighbors, there is no need to increase your projects risk by inviting more people to voice negative opinions about what you want to do. 

This is because most of my support, handy people, and cleaners would be stationed around that area.

Now obviously there are quite a few people out there that have youtube channels revolving around wholesaling etc and dedicate their whole online brand to teaching this.
