If you plan on using your GI Bill, great!

You could ask them if you could start with the process-ie have a builder look at the property (with the owner okaying when you do it to avoid problems with people currently there), come up with plans, so you can start as early in the new year as possible.

But as of now am genuinely curious if they will renew or what their plans are for future.

I do however plan to grow to 100ish units.

We plan to stay with tenant turner.  

My Question regarding AirBnb when a home is USDA:I am planning on buying a home, using USDA, and am looking for one where I can easily create an Airbnb space.

I plan to get a property later this year and employ the house-hacking strategy (I already have the funds for downpayment and closing).

Probably a key thing to think about is, How long are you planning to live on it?
