There doesn't seem to be any other reason to have this objection to proving yourself right.I will also say this... if I was one of your partners and trusted you to "bid" and perform the job at cost, not get any other quotes because I trusted you, yet found out later that the scope of work was possibly not $275k worth, I would be very upset.
