What aspects of real estate investment interests you?

The main aspect of the deal that made me feel comfortable was the amount of rent I planned on collecting compared to the relative monthly costs of owning the home.  

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

I am very interested in many aspects of Real Estate including:Real Estate Investment (Buy & Hold, Reposition, Wholesale)Real Estate Sales, Leasing & Purchases (Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial)Real Estate home renovations/fix & flip’sReal Estate advice and mentorship from industry experts I am very glad there is a place where we can all bounce ideas off each other and learn from one another. 

I do not have as much knowledge in the operational aspect of real estate (managing tenants, the nuances of real estate law, or extensive knowledge of HVAC/water/electricity/rehabbing/etc).

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

I love the design aspect of the process and I'm excited about taking an ugly duckling and making it beautiful for some lucky family.

He then spent attorney fees on getting the entire probate aspect done.

I just didn't want the aspect of having my credit pulled to prevent me from getting financing.
