Brand new to the site and to flipping
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the site, just starting to learn all there is to know about flipping houses. My husband and I have been thinking about getting started for quite a while now. I'm a landscape designer (I hold a BS in landscape architecture- just not licensed yet) and my husband works in construction. We've remodeled two kitchens in our own homes and we are beginning a bathroom update in our home now. I love the design aspect of the process and I'm excited about taking an ugly duckling and making it beautiful for some lucky family. I'm currently unemployed, I figure there's no better opportunity for me to take the time to learn than right now! Any advice is warmly welcomed!
