I would caution on syndicators who have only just appeared during this robust climb where it seems everyone is making money regardless of skillset.  

Therefore, getting you further away from the day to day operations and allowing you to become the entrepreneur, managing from the 10,000 foot level.

I tweeked it a bit to work but the real estate agent on the buyers end didn’t want to touch it with a ten foot pole.

Part of me feel like of I replace my agent after 4 months, I would be seen as the bad guy but if I dont then I'm shooting myself in the foot because I really feel we can get alot more done if he was more flexible.
