I found Foremost, who would take new clients with a loss history, but they are not able to insure a condo policy.I also tried working with insurance agents but have not been successful so far.If anyone has a recommendation for a great agent or an insurance company, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can keep trying to market it by yourself, or if you are willing to pay someone to manage the property full-time or even have a property management company get you some tenants and you take it over from there, it just depends on your time and money and what you value you more.
