We have some extra space in the back of our property and have considered doing something like that.

In my eyes it is not an increase since I am adding an extra 160sq ft of living space to the 2bd/1ba but this CA rent control does not really cover this situation.Anyone been in a similar situation recently?

There was some federal code that prohibited use of marijuana within a 1000ft of a school in session, which my most recent reading of has been further relaxed.

From working in tight spaces that I can barely get into to working off of 16' ladders and scissor lifts outside in the middle of winter, these last 10 years have opened my eyes and made me realize that there is so much more to life than what I'm currently living.
