On a positive note arrowhead has a ton of deployed money that is coming in from all of over for resort growth/ expansion and that is a lot to think about .

It’s a unique technology that I believe is only replicated by a few others companies like ResortLock or newer players like Igloo. 

There are a couple other serious players though.What I did learn was that capitola in particular has a short-term rental zone, and my home was 1 street too far back from the beach (http://www.cityofcapitola.org/sites/default/files/fileattachments/community_development/page/2480/vacation_rental_area_map_tro.pdf).

Huge amount of capital being spent by big players in the Chemical industry (Big Oil & Gas) in Places like Baytown and on the East side of town.

I suspect we will see a lot of the smaller players with little experience having to unload their properties with the rising interest rates.

All of these big players have internal sales people that have access to many more products than what they offer to the public.
