I personally would not use Zelle or PayPal, I use a property management platform online called Truerent that has these same capabilities.

I suggest using platform for rental management that can perform good tenant screening.

I have been dedicating my time, energy, and resources to understand and find mobile home parks for sale in Craven, Carteret, and Onslow County areas in North Carolina.

Maybe you can dedicate your time for them to call their leads or whatever the case maybe but just go for it!
