Hello all,

I am staring my journey into financial freedom with a dedicated and hard working friend of mine. We have a small ammount of money saved up and we are looking to start wholesaling and using the money we make to scale and start flipping. We are trying to get as much info as we can before taking any big steps. From previous advice, we were told it would be best to start an S Corp, and then we should find a CPA, preferably one with real estate experience. We live in Michigan and I am just wondering if that advise is something you agree with, or if you have anything to add, it would be greatly appreciated!
