Hello,I live in Los Angeles California and my dad wants to transfer his house to my name and the mortgage as well the he cannot refinance the house due to income not being stable but how can we transfer it to my name so I could refinance the house and make 2 more units in the back?

If you are in the Bay area you can fly direct to Cincinnati or Cleveland on Southwest, same from Los Angeles.I fear you give up a lot of performance that your money could provide to you.
